Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bartlett, TN, for a Personal Training Director. The role involves overseeing personal and group training programs, managing and mentoring personal trainers, creating and executing training strategies, and ensuring high-quality customer service experiences for members. The Personal Training Director will also support individual fitness goals by fostering a motivating and results-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Group Training, Personal Training, and general Training
- Certifications such as U.S. National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) qualifications or equivalent
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive member relationships
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Passion for health and fitness with excellent communication and motivational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend
