MIT Job Description

The Top 4 Duties of an MIT are to act as a:

• Personal Performance - meet/exceed company standards with personal commissions and VCLASS production
• Personal Sales Process - show full competency in sales process knowledge.
• Personal Customer Service - show ability to always be on time, in uniform, and positively enthusiastic with members, guests, and co workers.
• Personal Systems - manage your daily planner, guest register, callback list, and success report at company standards.

What We Expect From You

• Write good personal commissions consistently
• Achieve company VCLASS standards consistently, VIPs (4) per sale - Calls (60) per day - Leads (20) per day - Appts (6) 1st time per day - Show (3) per day - Sales (3) per day.
• Show competency with rates, commissions, SMT, digital price presentation, F.A. questions.
• Display a consistent effort of positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
