Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Membership Sales Advisor at one of our busiest LA FITNESS locations. The Membership Sales Advisor will engage potential members, provide information on club benefits, and develop personalized membership options. The role includes reaching out to new leads, conducting club tours, assisting current members with their inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities involve meeting sales goals and participating in community outreach to promote the club.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in closing Sales and achieving sales targets
- Ability to foster relationships and maintain a member-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
