As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the face of our club, helping people begin their fitness journey while building lasting relationships within the local community. This is more than a sales position; it’s an opportunity to inspire healthier lifestyles while developing valuable business, leadership, and sales skills.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist current and prospective members with exceptional customer service.
- Serve as an ambassador for LA FITNESS by building relationships throughout the local community.
- Generate new memberships through referrals, community outreach, networking, and local business partnerships.
- Conduct daily outbound phone calls to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and reconnect with prospective members.
- Give club tours and help members find the membership option that best fits their goals.
- Create a positive, energetic, and professional experience for every guest.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.
- Meet individual and team performance goals while contributing to the success of the club.
