What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial lead position at LA Fitness?
Must be on time daily and ready to start work immediately.
Our lead janitorial must be a team player! Must have excellent communication skills and work well with others. Our lead is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of our entire facility.
Must do a walk-through of the gym every morning and clean anything that is dirty in anyone's area, be able to effectivity communicate issues to team members that aren't maintaining their area in a kind professional manner, be flexible and adaptable to changes, and have a strong work ethic to lead by example.
Must maintain and clean a section of their own and ensure that area is exceeding company expectations for cleanliness and organization.
Job requires supervision of all club pride staff including training staff, finding coverage for last minute shifts, having coaching conversations with staff in relation to their areas, and being accountable for the cleanliness of the entire gym.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
