Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms, workout areas, and common spaces
- Respond to unexpected messes and ensure quick, effective cleanup
- Restock supplies and monitor facility needs
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily cleaning goals
- Support overall club operations and member satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Comfortable working in high-energy, fast-moving environments
- Willing to handle messy or unpredictable situations
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to cleanliness
- Able to work morning and night shifts, including weekends
