Their mission is to create a positive environment for all members and guests by greeting everyone in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. This is a part time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay. It offers a perfect chance to work in a great atmosphere, learn about the health club business and enjoy a complimentary membership.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet and check in all members and guests
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to proper departments
- Update member’s account information
- Help members with questions or complaints
- Take payments for account balances, guest fees and other misc items
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
