Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of club areas, including floors, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Conduct routine custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Maintain floor care by buffing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to ensure floors are safe and visually appealing.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and touch-ups to keep the environment well-maintained.
- Support industrial cleaning projects when needed, including deep cleans of specialized areas or equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and replenished as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily checklists and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work within commercial or residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, polishers, and vacuums effectively.
- Experience with facilities maintenance tasks like painting or minor repairs is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
