Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Personal Training Director to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to motivate and guide clients towards achieving their fitness goals. As an APTD , you will be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, and providing ongoing support the PTD in a gym or health club setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current physical condition.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Promote personal training services within the gym or health club to attract new clients.
Experience
- Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred.
- Background in physical education or sports coaching is advantageous.
- Familiarity with fitness sales techniques will be considered a plus.
- Previous experience working in a gym or health club environment is desirable.
- Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development in the fitness industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
