Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Assistant Club Manager to join the LA Fitness team at our San Diego, CA location. The Assistant Club Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team member schedules, and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction for all members. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and functionality of the club, creating positive member engagement, supporting management with staff training, ensuring proper execution of company policies, and addressing member inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. This is an on-site position focused on leading team operations and contributing to a positive fitness environment.

- Leadership and team management skills, including experience training and supervising staff
