We are seeking a full-time Aerobics Instructor to join our team at our Santa Clarita, CA location. The Aerobics Instructor will lead group exercise classes, design engaging and effective workout routines, and create a motivating environment for participants. Responsibilities include ensuring safety during classes, providing proper exercise modifications, and maintaining the energy and enthusiasm of participants while supporting their fitness goals. This is an on-site position.
- Proficiency in Aerobics and Group Exercise instruction
- Experience in Fitness Instruction and guiding structured workout sessions
- Knowledge of Zumba and specialty group fitness formats
- Understanding of Exercise Physiology and fitness principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of varying fitness levels
- CPR/AED certification is highly recommended
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
