Job Overview
Our Club Manager in training candidates will learn the job of club manager. The Club Managers are dedicated to making the fitness experience at our clubs an exceptional one. They create a clean, fun and friendly environment by training and motivating their staff. They also generate revenue, keep a clean and well maintained club, all while providing great customer service. The opportunity is there to be promoted to higher management positions such as Member Service Manager, Area Manager and District Manager. They are full-time, receive paid vacation, full medical benefits, vision benefits and dental benefits. They are paid hourly, plus commissions, bonuses and receive a complimentary membership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve overall efficiency
- Monitor operational performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Manage operational budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
- Be proficient in the recruiting, training, development, and retention of talented employees for positoins in front desk, babysitting, and janitorial staff.
Experience
Required:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of operational management principles
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 1 year of Assistant Management level experience.

- Able to work full-time, five days a week, Friday -Tuesday.
What we offer:
- Competitive pay in the [$40,000-$43,000] range annually which includes an hourly base of [$18] plus commissions.
