Job purpose
The Office Manager is be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving performance, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure office staff is working efficiently and providing outstanding
- customer service by being helpful, motivating and teaching.
- Complete store operational requirements such as scheduling, employee assignment, setting individual and team sales goals, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and develop sales associates and ensure they have the skills and product
- knowledge to provide a quality customer experience.
- Monitor, analyze and measure sales performance; develop and implement plans
- to maximize sales goals.
- Review store trends to make recommendations for improvement.
- Troubleshoot ad hoc issues that may arise from routine office tasks.
- Perform store-based audits to ensure the security of data and assets.
- Communicate respectfully with RMs,TMs, team regarding issues and concerns
- Counsel employees who are underperforming or in violation of company policies.
- Report progress and status to upper management periodically.
- Market office to community by providing flyers, business cards and visits 3x weekly

Qualifications
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- 6 months in Management/Leadership Experience
- Previous Auto Insurance Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Customer Service Oriented
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
