We are a growing agency seeking a Bilingual Case Staffing Coordinator, Korean/English, to join our progressive team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
As a Staffing Case Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining quality care for our patients. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Scheduling: Assigning Home Health Aides (HHAs) to patients based on their needs.
- Plan of Care Compliance: Ensuring services are aligned with the client’s Plan of Care.
- Patient & Aide Communication: Checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction with care.
- Patient File Maintenance: Conduct bi-weekly progress calls and update records accordingly.
- Daily Task Management: Managing Prebilling and the Call Dashboard.
Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: One year of home care case coordination experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with HHA Exchange is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bilingual: Korean/English.
