Blossom Home Care is actively hiring Coordinators to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $20-$24 per hour based on experience.

This role is ideal for someone with office experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage
  • Assign caregivers based on availability, skills, and client needs
  • Handle call-outs, last-minute changes, and scheduling gaps
  • Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules and updates
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and families
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support office operations and team coordination

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience (home care office preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Staffing or scheduling background
