Blossom Home Care is actively hiring Coordinators to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $20-$24 per hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage
- Assign caregivers based on availability, skills, and client needs
- Handle call-outs, last-minute changes, and scheduling gaps
- Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules and updates
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and families
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support office operations and team coordination
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of office experience (home care office preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
