We are looking for organized, reliable, and professional candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Intake Coordinator
- Process new patient referrals and admissions
- Verify insurance and patient information
- Communicate with referral sources and clients
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Authorization Coordinator
- Submit and track authorizations
- Follow up with insurance companies and MLTC plans
- Monitor renewals and approvals
- Maintain authorization records
Qualifications
- Home care office experience preferred
- Experience with intake and/or authorizations preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Full-time
Pay
- $20 - $24/hr based on experience
