What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at La Dolce Vita Spa for Wellness?
We are seeking a receptionist to join our team immediately in Middletown, Delaware. This is a permanent position, not seasonal or temporary.
Key qualifications:
- Reliable, professional, and friendly with a warm, pleasant, and outgoing demeanor.
- Able to multitask efficiently, coordinate staff, and manage schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows computer skills.
- Holds a valid driver's license and owns reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client service both over the phone and in-person.
- Greet and welcome clients, oversee daily spa operations, and maintain a neat environment.
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays: 3:00 Pm to 6:30 PM.
- Every other Saturday: 8 AM - 5:30 PM.
Compensation:
- Starting at $16.00 per hour.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (Required).
Work location:
- On-site.
