What You’ll Do
As a Server, you’ll be the face of La Delicia — guiding guests through their experience and ensuring every visit is memorable. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine smile
- Taking orders accurately and confidently
- Serving food and drinks with professionalism and attention to detail
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations and menu guidance
- Handling payments and ensuring a smooth checkout experience
- Working with your team to create an outstanding dining environment
- Managing your time effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Multitasking with confidence while keeping guests happy
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to learn the menu quickly and make recommendations
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Great time management and multitasking skills
- Dedication to delivering excellent guest experiences
- Must be at least 20 years old to apply
Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right people!
