Your Core Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Ensure fast, friendly, consistent service aligned with our legacy standards.
Analyze KPIs weekly (sales, labor, food cost, marketing ROI).
Own efficiency improvements across FOH, BOH, and processes.
Team Leadership
Coach, train, and develop team members..
Create a culture of accountability, energy, and pride in our craft.
Ensure staffing, training, and performance systems are strong and consistent.
Financial & Strategic Management
Maintain payroll and food cost targets.
Support pricing models, vendor management, and purchasing decisions.
Lead EOS implementation and systems-based operations.
Growth & Brand Standards
Protect the La Comida legacy while elevating the guest experience.
Support marketing execution, community engagement, and brand visibility.
Prepare the company for scale, new technology, and future expansion.

Required Experience
3 years senior leadership in restaurant operations (GM, DOO, Multi-unit).
Proven experience leading teams and driving results.
Strong understanding of labor management, KPIs, and operational systems.
Ability to coach leaders and hold high standards with warmth and respect.
Comfortable in a fast, ever-moving, legacy-driven environment.
