We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Operations. This executive role is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a proven track record in strategic planning, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. As a key member of senior leadership, the Director of Operations will shape the company's operational strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and manage multiple departments, including property management segment, logistics, customer service, and quality assurance.
- Oversee business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Manage large-scale projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships to support business growth, expense management, and operational needs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a high-performance culture through leadership development, mentorship, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic objectives and ensure alignment across all functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management roles with a focus on operations management at an executive level.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated leadership in senior roles with a track record of managing cross-functional teams successfully.
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in business development activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
