Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000-$25,000 depending on experience. Half of the bonus is paid in your first paycheck, with the remainder paid after one year of continuous employment (figures based on a full-time position).

Your Role: As a dentist at La Clinica, you will: 

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, urgent, and restorative services.
• Build strong relationships with patients and support them in achieving optimal oral health.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals in a supportive and community-focused environment.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices in dentistry.
• Engage with the community through outreach programs, including school-based sites and health fairs.

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Dentist Degree program (DMD or DDS).
• Professional clinical experience in adult and pediatric dentistry, including emergency care.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Current Oregon Dental license in good standing and DEA licensure.
• BLS HealthCare Provider (First Aid/CPR) certification.

Preferred: 

• Experience working with diverse communities, including low-income children and families.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to create professional documents.
