The Facility Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations across all LCDF facilities. Reporting to Facility Management, this role ensures that buildings, systems, and grounds are maintained in a safe, functional, and efficient condition. The Supervisor leads a team of maintenance personnel, coordinates routine and emergency repairs, and supports the implementation of preventative maintenance programs. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with safety standards and supporting the operational needs of LCDF?s healthcare and administrative services.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic facility environments.

- Competence in using maintenance-related software, tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent
