If you excel in order management, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer support, this role is for you. .ROLE OVERVIEW In this role, you will own the order lifecycle from start to finishentering and managing orders in NetSuite, tracking inventory, coordinating fulfillment, flagging issues early, and ensuring customers receive accurate, timely information. Youll also support new account setups, handle onboarding paperwork, and serve as a critical communication bridge between customers, sales teams, and operations. This role also includes invoicing, taking customer payments, and supporting AR follow-up for smaller accounts.WHAT YOULL DOEnter and manage customer orders in NetSuite with accuracy and speedOversee EDI flows for trading partnersMonitor inventory levels, flag discrepancies, and escalate issues to your managerTroubleshoot order, inventory, and system-related problems and ensure timely resolutionCoordinate fulfillment activity and communicate shipping updates to customersManage backorders and communicate next steps and timelines to wholesale customersSet up new customer accounts and manage all required onboarding paperworkEnter new clients into NetSuite and ensure profiles are complete and accuratePartner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure orders ship on timeCommunicate with customers to take and confirm orders and shipment detailsRespond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide high-quality support via email and phoneCollaborate closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure seamless serviceProcess invoices and take customer payments using Authorize.net or similar toolsSupport basic AR follow-ups for smaller accounts (payment confirmation, status checks, etc.WHAT YOU BRING2 years of order entry and PO management, sales operations, wholesale support, or related customer service experienceStrong administrative, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent professional communication skills and a customer-first mindsetProficiency in Microsoft OfficeNetSuite experience strongly preferred, or experience with a similar ERP system (required) SPS Commerce experience requiredExperience with Authorize.net or similar tools is a plusExperience working with high end retail stores and stores similar to TJ Max, Homegoods etc.ABOUT YOU Youre someone who notices issues before others do, flags what needs attention, escalates when appropriate, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.
