Role Description This is a part-time,Restaurant Bookkeeper. Restaurant365 Experience required.
Single-location restaurant in Miami seeking an experienced freelance bookkeeper for ongoing monthly bookkeeping support.
This is a direct relationship with the owner. We are not looking for a bookkeeping firm, staffing agency, or outsourced accounting company. We want one dedicated person who will consistently handle the books each month.
Responsibilities:
Enter and review vendor invoices
Accounts payable management
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Monthly financial close
Review and maintain chart of accounts
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
Identify and correct bookkeeping discrepancies
Maintain accurate records inside Restaurant365 (R365)
Qualifications:
Restaurant bookkeeping experience
Experience with Restaurant365 required
Understanding of restaurant financial statements
Experience with POS sales reconciliation
Strong month-end close and reconciliation skills
Available for ongoing monthly work
