La Belle® French Bakery is an established and growing retail and wholesale bakery, dedicated to bringing authentic French pastry craftsmanship to Colorado. Founded by Chef Julien Renaut, our products are made from scratch using traditional French artisanal methods—delivering a refined, high-quality experience in every location.
Our Broomfield café is a strong and evolving location within the La Belle® brand, and we are seeking a driven, experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the team, elevate operations, and continue building on its success.
Compensation
$18.00/hr tips
(Average $24–$30/hour with tips)
Schedule
- Morning and day shifts available
- Availability required between 5:30am – 6:00pm
- Weekend and holiday availability required

Position Overview
As a Retail Store Manager at La Belle®, you are responsible for leading daily operations, developing your team, and delivering a consistently elevated guest experience. You will serve as a key connection between store-level execution and company leadership, ensuring standards, culture, and performance are upheld at all times.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with intention, and takes ownership of both team development and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the retail team
- Drive a high-level customer experience aligned with La Belle™ standards
- Oversee daily operations, inventory, and product quality
- Manage cash handling and store performance
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Ensure adherence to all SOPs and company standards
- Foster strong communication between store and leadership
- Lead by example through our core values: Leadership | Self Awareness | Respect
- Support and execute all retail functions alongside your team
Qualifications
- Previous Retail Management experience (preferred)
- Food service and/or café experience (preferred)
- Barista experience (a plus)
- Strong customer service background (required)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Passion for hospitality and an appreciation for French pastry culture
