Responsibilities
- Greet clients by name and provide a warm, professional experience from arrival to checkout
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Keep front desk systems organized and up to date at all times
- Track client post-op packages, sessions, and remaining visits accurately
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms after each client (cleaning, restocking, setup)
- Offer drinks and ensure clients are comfortable while waiting
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, luxury environment
- Communicate clearly with staff to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish preferred/required)
- Strong organization skills (this is a MUST, not optional)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
