Overview
Netto USA, L4 Property sister company, is a growing business focused on quality, reliability, and excellent customer service.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and financial support. In this role, you will help leadership stay focused on strategic priorities by managing invoicing, scheduling, communications, and high-level tasks for Netto USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations by preparing invoices, tracking accounts receivable, and managing collections.
- Coordinate work orders, schedules, site details, and job completion tracking.
- Handle administrative and executive tasks such as managing emails, calendars, documents, files, and meeting minutes.
- Assist business development by adding leads to the CRM, preparing bid packets, following up on proposals, and monitoring portals.
- Manage safety and compliance by tracking expiration dates, submitting required documentation, and maintaining employee files.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and subcontractors, including obtaining COIs and arranging equipment rentals.
- Prepare dashboards and produce weekly and monthly KPI and performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent typing, proofreading, and data-entry accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Outlook Calendar, and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High school diploma required;
- 2Year or more administrative experience required
- Experience supporting executives or working as a personal assistant is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
