Candidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance; therefore U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Stay current on technologies and trends and be capable of making informed suggestions and decisions for technology updates
- Ensuring our networks meet or exceed standards
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Working with customers to meet their technology needs of the future
Qualifications
- 5 Years of Linux System Administration
- General understanding of Linux internals (system calls, file systems and processes)
- The ideal candidate will have experience or a sampling of the following topics:
- Linux Operating Systems to include, networking, desktops, firewalls, and servers
- Building, deploying, and documenting complex networks and systems
- Hypervisors, virtualization technology, and virtual desktop infrastructure
- Build and maintain secure and hardened configuration standards
- Experience with SaltStack automation framework
- Experience and knowledge of network protocols, routing protocols, policy-based routing, security, and maintaining networking infrastructure
Education
- A relevant college degree and/or practical experience, commensurate with the position you are seeking

Compensation
We believe in paying fairly and competitively based on the value each team member brings to the role. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, location, and market data. The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 – $160,190 annually.
