About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of our commercial property portfolio, which includes shopping centers and single-tenant pharmacy properties. Your responsibilities will span various functions, including financial administration, maintenance coordination, rent collection, billbacks, and reporting. Role Responsibilities
- Support the Property Management Team in all aspects of property operations, including financial tasks, maintenance coordination, and reporting.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor and manage shared property management email inboxes daily.
- Assist with receivables collection, including rent and other tenant charges.
- Review lease agreements and support lease administration.
- Support annual budgeting through proposal collection and review.
- Process invoices, including coding and daily submissions to Accounts Payable.
- Assist with repair tickets, liability determination, proposal gathering, and vendor dispatch.
- Contribute to accurate rent collection and billback processing in tenant ledgers.
- Log service tickets, update tracking systems, and coordinate resolution with vendors.
- Source bids and proposals for property-related services.
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects as needed.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
