The work: discovery, motion practice, depositions and trial preparation on insurance defense matters. Direct communication with carriers, adjusters and insureds. Case strategy worked out with partners from the pleadings forward.
Who fits: about two to five years of insurance defense experience. Admitted in Pennsylvania; New Jersey is a plus. Strong litigation, discovery, motion practice and client communication skills. Someone who wants a collaborative, mentorship-driven group and a long-term career.
Pay: $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for the right background or portable business.
Hybrid: two to three days a week in the Philadelphia office.
