A Philadelphia defense firm with offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is adding an insurance defense associate to its Center City office. Two to three days a week downtown and the rest from home makes the seat workable from Conshohocken, the Main Line and Montgomery County.
You will carry your own files: written discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation on general liability and casualty matters for carriers and their insureds, with partners who work the strategy with you from the pleadings forward and teach as they go.
About two to five years of insurance defense experience. Admitted in Pennsylvania; New Jersey is a plus. Solid discovery, motion and client communication skills, and an interest in a collaborative group you can grow in.
$120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for the right background or portable business. Hybrid: two to three days a week in the Philadelphia office.
