- Manage a steady docket of plaintiff-side asbestos cases, handling intake, client meetings, and ongoing client communication.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and other litigation proceedings as required.
- Collaborate with an experienced plaintiff litigation team to develop case strategy and coordinate litigation planning.
- Maintain organized case files, meet filing and discovery deadlines, and track case-related tasks in case-management systems.
- Active California law license required.
- Proven legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced litigation environment while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable and effective working directly with clients who have serious medical conditions, demonstrating sensitivity and professionalism.
- Prior experience in asbestos, toxic tort, or plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
- Experience taking or defending depositions and preparing cases for trial.
- Familiarity with handling medical records, exposure-history investigation, and related factual development.

Salary : $140,000 - $225,000
