We are seeking a motivated full time Administrative Assistance to handle various clerical and client account duties.

The ideal person should be capable of multitasking, have an excitement to learn, & be flexible with evolving assignments.

A strong work ethic, team player mentality, and strong communication skills are considered an asset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data entry across internal database and external websites to maintain current and accurate client records
  • Learn about and prepare various insurance documents for the personal lines team & clients as needed.
  • Manage reports used to track client renewal information
  • Train for and become front desk backup, inclusive of reception and mail duties
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in office environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of insurance and grow in responsibility
  • Aptitude for navigating online platforms/websites
  • Ability to function well in high-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of operating office equipment
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
