Job Title: Software and AI MedTech Sales-Overlay Consultant/Architect
Location: Bay Area/ NJ/ Boston/ Cary
Travel: Must be willing to travel across states in USA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical consultant and architect for Software and AI MedTech healthcare projects, leading architectural discussions, and roadmaps with customers.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to translate architectural decisions into tangible implementations.
- Serve as a growth catalyst, driving account development and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with delivery and sales teams to identify, qualify, and close new digital leads with customers.
- Present and demonstrate LTTS's digital healthcare capabilities to customers with confidence and clarity.
- Assist in creating techno-commercial proposals, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Bring thought leadership to customer discussions, providing innovative insights and industry best practices.
Experience & Skills:
- 10 years of experience in the MedTech and digital healthcare industry.
- Proven expertise as a subject matter expert in digital healthcare, encompassing digital health platforms, SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) platforms, cloud services, and mobility.
- Proficiency with technology stacks like Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and experience with last-mile integrations in MedTech (e.g., EMR, EHR, interoperability).
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory standards.
- Added advantage: experience in data engineering and analytics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working with EMR/EHR systems and interoperability solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in designing scalable, secure, and compliant digital healthcare solutions.
- Experience with AI/ML applications in healthcare, such as predictive analytics and clinical decision support systems to improve patient safety and reduce surgery time.
