We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Control Engineer 2 to support supply chain operations and help ensure uninterrupted production across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role will work closely with suppliers, buyers, logistics teams, and production facilities to prioritize material shipments, manage supply risks, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Control Tower meetings with suppliers, LPAs, buyers, and production facilities.
- Analyze supply chain demand and prioritize material shipments to support production requirements.
- Create and maintain coverage reports to identify supply risks by facility and by week.
- Develop tracking tools and dashboards to monitor supplier performance and material availability.
- Review production records, shipment logs, and processing data to ensure operational accuracy.
- Assist in planning shipment schedules and resolving material shortages or delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain visibility and execution.
- Generate charts, reports, and workflow analyses to support decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on material flow and supply chain performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to address supply concerns and mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with supply chain operations.
- Power BI experience.
- Background as a Buyer, LPA, Supply Chain Analyst, or Supplier Development Engineer.
Salary : $70,000 - $72,000
