Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to support a leading Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of marketing technology, operations, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation and optimization of marketing systems and platforms
• Manage workflows, DAM systems, CMS tools, analytics dashboards, and digital platforms
• Partner with IT, marketing teams, agencies, and vendors for seamless integrations
• Develop training programs, onboarding materials, and operational best practices
• Build reporting dashboards and improve operational KPIs
• Support governance, compliance, process improvement, and change management initiatives
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech, or Marketing Project Management
Experience with workflow tools, DAMs, CMS, analytics, and enterprise marketing platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrixed environment
Preferred:
• Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries
• Experience implementing enterprise marketing systems and operational frameworks
Salary : $60 - $65
