About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to apply engineering principles to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure quality standards. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze time, motion, and methods to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency.
- Review logs, process sheets, and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Approve work assignments based on performance, machine capacity, and production schedules.
- Interpret charts, diagrams, and layouts to optimize workflow and material handling.
- Recommend changes to processes, equipment layout, and standards to enhance productivity.
- Validate data and reports to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with quality, operations, and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or similar roles.
- Proficiency in CAD and engineering software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with assembly and test processes.
- Knowledge of APQP elements, PFMEA, and process control plans.
