Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management skill with PMP certification with 15 years of experience in project management
• Mechanical engineer with mechanical automation & Control automation Skillset
• Sound experience in high-speed automation line in medical domain
• Bowl feeder, Conveyor design, high speed assembly automation
• Sound experience in Plant transfer activity
• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT) to achieve project milestones.
• Plan and execute plant transfers or line relocations, including equipment move, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and production ramp-up.
• Coordinate cutover plans, parallel runs, and contingency strategies to minimize downtime and risk.
• Identify and implement automation solutions (PLC/SCADA, robotics, MES integration) to improve throughput, quality, and traceability.
• Bowl feeder, Conveyor design, high speed assembly automation
• Partner with vendors/engineering to oversee FAT/SAT, commissioning, and change control.
• Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping to reduce cycle time, scrap, and deviations.
• Establish KPIs and control plans; conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure alignment with medical regulations and standards (GMP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR, validation protocols).
• Maintain documentation, risk registers, and audit readiness across the project lifecycle.
• Proactively manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies; lead change control boards (CCB).
• Deliver executive-ready status reports; facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Track actuals vs. budget; prepare cost-benefit analyses and ROI.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
