Our client is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager on a contract basis to lead our
customer growth engine across paid media, influencer, and lifecycle channels. This is a part-time (~32 hours per week), hybrid position working 1 day per week out of the Acworth, GA location.

Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Performance Marketing
Our client is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager on a contract basis to lead our

Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Own strategy and execution of digital paid media (search, social, display, video, retargeting) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Oversee publisher and influencer partnerships to expand reach and source qualified leads
- Develop and test high-converting landing pages, creative, and messaging to improve new customer CVR
- Lead analytics to manage CAC (Consumer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return On Ad Spending) across all paid and earned channels
- Build and scale lead generation programs to convert prospects through email, SMS, and marketing automation flows
- Develop segmentation strategies that align content, offers, and journey stages to user behavior and intent
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to qualify, score, and nurture leads through the funnel
- Build and lead a high-performing team and agency partners across performance, influencer, and lifecycle marketing
- Lead weekly performance reviews, testing roadmaps, and optimizations across acquisition channels
- Establish and monitor KPIs including: lead volume, new customer conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS
- Forecast acquisition performance and budget allocation aligned to business goals
- 10 years in acquisition, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, preferably in B2B, DTC, or omni channel environments
- Proven track record scaling paid media (search, social, display) with strong ROI
- Experience building integrated lead gen programs across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Deep understanding of segmentation, marketing automation, and customer journey design
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data- and results-driven with a bias toward testing, learning, and iteration
