L•O PROFILE Magazine is seeking a relationship-driven Marketing Consultant/Sales Representative to work directly with local businesses across the Lake of the Ozarks region. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, selling print and digital advertising solutions, and supporting businesses throughout each publication cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and contact prospective clients for advertising opportunities
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts
• Present print and digital marketing solutions tailored to each business
• Prepare proposals, media kits, presentations, and promotional plans
• Manage ad materials, approvals, deadlines, and insertion details
• Provide ongoing client communication, support, and follow-up
• Attend local events, meetings, and networking functions as needed
• Uphold LOP’s editorial and advertising standards when advising clients
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client services (preferred)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented
• Comfortable working independently, meeting goals, and managing multiple accounts
• Professional presence within the community and willingness to attend events
