The Opportunity
At L-Nutra, we’re advancing health and longevity through science-backed nutrition. As we scale our brands and prepare for the next phase of growth, we’re seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing to help lead how we invest, measure, and grow our performance engine.
This is a high-ownership role with room to grow. You’ll work hands-on across paid channels, contribute to measurement strategy, and collaborate closely with a team that includes senior marketing leadership, Finance, and Analytics. You’ll be supported and challenged in equal measure—this is a role for someone who wants to build real expertise and earn broader responsibility over time.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and optimize performance campaigns across paid channels (paid social, paid search, display, retargeting, and emerging platforms)
- Support cross-channel budget management, with input on allocation decisions and efficiency trade-offs
- Contribute to measurement and attribution initiatives, including multi-touch attribution and exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
- Partner with Finance and Analytics on performance reporting, forecasting inputs, and ROI tracking
- Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders
- Drive experimentation—testing creative, audiences, and offers—and build a disciplined testing cadence
- Manage day-to-day agency and vendor relationships with guidance from senior leadership
- Stay sharp on platform updates, measurement shifts, and industry best practices
- This is a build-and-learn role—you’ll do the work, own the outcomes, and grow with the function.

What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid social and/or paid search campaigns with meaningful budgets
- Solid working knowledge of attribution models and performance measurement frameworks
- Comfort working with data, reporting tools, and translating numbers into narrative
- Collaborative working style—you ask good questions, listen well, and operate without ego
- Ambition to grow into broader strategy and leadership over time
- Experience in DTC, health, wellness, or subscription businesses strongly preferred

- Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 base pay. Benefits Bonus Equity. Final compensation will be based on experience, scope, and impact.
