Position Requirements
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with problem-solving abilities
- positive attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Detail-oriented and able to follow established standards and procedures
- Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and accountability
- Consistently greet customers with a smile and the spirit of Aloha
- Food handler certificate
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with placing orders
- Process transactions (cash, credit, and digital payments) accurately
- Maintain and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
- Able to handle both online order and walk in customers
- Ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly and accurately
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area and bathroom
- Follow all company policies and manager instructions
