Responsibilities

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts.
- Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store remains inviting and well-maintained.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely.
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, stock checks, and accurate record keeping.
Requirements
