Weekend Nanny / Family AssistantLocation: Upper West Side, New York City
Schedule: Friday 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Saturday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Sunday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Compensation: $45 per hour- PTO- Sick Days
Travel: Required, including regular weekend travel to Washington, DCA distinguished, high-profile family based on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is seeking an exceptional Weekend Nanny / Family Assistant to join their private household. The family has a delightful three-year-old daughter who is joyful, easygoing, and thrives in a warm and engaging environment.This is a refined, well-managed household that values professionalism, discretion, and a calm, polished presence. The family is seeking a highly experienced and self-directed professional who brings maturity, strong judgment, and a service-oriented mindset to their work.

Responsibilities Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a three-year-old child Plan engaging activities, outings, and creative play that support the child’s development Maintain a calm, organized, and nurturing environment Assist with child-related organization, tidying, and overall household flow when needed Travel with the family as required, including regular weekend travel to Washington, DC Work collaboratively within a well-run household while maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
Ideal Candidate Significant experience working in private households, ideally with high-net-worth or high-profile families Highly professional, polished, and discreet with an understanding of private household etiquette Self-directed and proactive, able to anticipate needs without requiring constant direction Calm, grounded, and warm with a naturally nurturing presence Mature, dependable, and highly organized Service-oriented with a positive, “no task too small” mindset
Comfortable around a small dog and willing to assist with light pet care as needed Available and enthusiastic about weekend travel with the family

Pay: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour
