Pastry Chef / Bakery Cook
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented pastry cook to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on daily production of doughs, pastries, custards, and gelato bases, with consistency and execution as the priority.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage doughs for baked goods and pastry items
• Produce pastries, desserts, and custards to spec
• Prepare gelato bases and assist with production as needed
• Maintain consistency in recipes, portioning, and presentation
• Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Assist with prep planning and inventory as needed
Requirements
• At least 6 months of experience in a bakery or pastry role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to follow recipes and systems precisely
• Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Team-oriented with a solid work ethic
Compensation
• $22–$25/hour, based on experience
