Objectives of this Role
- Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and aggressively pursuing new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Fishman Flooring Solutions professionally
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the assigned sales territory, including account development and retention
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
- Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to discover and develop new accounts
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence
- Highly motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience working with a robust CRM system
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial sales and/or specification experience
- Familiarity with B2B sales environments and specification selling
- Ability to manage complex pricing structures and large product catalogs
- Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred
