Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located at our Woodbury Common store, Central Valley. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes assisting customers with styling, managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's visual presentation. The Sales Associate will also contribute to fostering a welcoming and professional store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and consistently exceed established individual and overall store sales goals.
- Act as a dedicated Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's style and values.
- Proactively introduce the collection to clients, sharing product knowledge and styling expertise.
- Cultivate a welcoming, engaging, and client-centric in-store environment.
- Possess and demonstrate an action-oriented mindset, leading by example on the sales floor.
Store Operations & Inventory
- Maintain impeccable store visual standards, merchandise presentation, and overall store appearance.
- Ensure accurate Inventory compliance and awareness, including processing new shipments and transfers.
- Uphold the store’s cleanliness and all required health and safety measures.
- Adhere to all brand dress code standards, acting as a representative of the brand.
Skills & Abilities
- Solid communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and be an approachable, effective listener.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.

Qualifications

- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Previous experience in retail sales or high-end fashion is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30-50 lbs.

The compensation for this position is $24.00-$27.00 per hour. This role is located out of our Woodbury Common store, located in Central Valley.
