Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Ecom Producer to lead the execution of compelling content across our e-commerce initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands on producer who thrives in a fast paced environment, has a strong eye for visual storytelling, and excels at translating creative concepts into efficient, high-quality production.
Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
• Partner with senior leadership to define shoot scope, priorities, and budgets across all e-commerce productions.
• Own and maintain the studio calendar, ensuring alignment across shoots, styling sessions, and fittings.
• Develop and manage production budgets, tracking spend and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
• Establish and refine production workflows, systems, and processes to improve output and scalability.
• Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, tools, and best practices to elevate content and optimize operations.
Production Execution
• Lead end-to-end execution of photo and video shoots, ensuring seamless on-set operations.
• Oversee all pre-production logistics including crew, talent, locations, equipment, travel, and scheduling.
• Ensure all content is delivered on time, within budget and aligned with creative standards.
• Act as the on-set lead, maintaining organization, problem-solving in real time, and ensuring a smooth production flow.
• Collaborate closely with creative and styling teams to bring concepts to life with accuracy and consistency.
Operations, Reporting & Team Management
• Plan and prioritize workload to consistently meet deadlines and support overall team efficiency.
• Establish clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all productions, proactively identifying risks and solutions.
• Track and report on project performance, sharing key learnings, results, and opportunities for improvement with the team.
• Manage vendor invoicing, including review, submission, and payment tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor budgets and provide regular updates to senior leadership to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the Sample Coordinator, supporting day-to-day execution and development.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving business and production needs.
Innovation & Process Improvement
• Stay informed on emerging tools and technologies, including AI, that can support and enhance production workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and content output through new processes and solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to thoughtfully test and adopt new approaches to content creation when appropriate.
• Continuously refine production workflows to align with evolving industry standards and business needs.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years producing within creative industries.
• Experience managing photo studios.
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to take direction and work autonomously.
• Resourceful, can-do attitude.
• High energy and positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
• This position requires frequent use of a computer, mouse and keyboard.
