Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: Promote and sell tanning packages, memberships, and lotions/skincare products to clients.
- Customer Education: Advise clients on personalized tanning plans, equipment, and skin safety to ensure safe and effective tanning.
- Facility Sanitation: Clean and disinfect tanning beds, rooms, goggles, and common areas after each use.
- Client Management: Greet clients, schedule appointments via phone or in person, and handle check-in procedures.
- Operations: Manage inventory, process transactions in the POS system, and follow salon safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, ability to multitask, and basic computer proficiency.
- Knowledge: Passion for skincare, sunless tanning, and beauty trends.
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, with ability to stand for long periods and perform physical cleaning tasks.
