Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role based in Clearwater, FL. As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients, providing expert guidance to implement AMI’s medical integration model. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, developing customized solutions, delivering training programs, and ensuring seamless implementation. You will collaborate with a team and participate in coaching clients to achieve operational success, community impact through outstanding patient outcomes, and revenue growth.

• Proven ability in consulting, client communication, and project management
• Skills in analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning
• Ability to deliver training and develop educational materials for client success
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills for building relationships with diverse clients
• Familiarity with holistic medical practices or prior experience in healthcare consulting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred
